Mr. Naveen Kumar has over 15 years of experience in various aspects of electronics product design, embedded systems training and manpower consultancy. Apart from being the founder of Emtech Foundation, he is serving as the technical Consultant for Electronics Sector Skills Council of India, a government undertaking for the WorldSkills competition.

After a brief stint in design & training, he started “EMTECH FOUNDATION” in 2006

to emerge as the “Technology Training Interface” between the Industries and engineering students. With continuous progress and dedication, EMTECH FOUNDATION has now become the most trusted brand for Electronics skills development in India.

Mr. Naveen’s passion has been to always train young engineers on fundamentals of electronics product design and make them employable in electronics industry. He has a unique expertise in assessing industrial manpower requirements and trained candidates accordingly.

With his unparalleled vision and ability, He was able to create a vast client base belonging to diverse domains like Automobile, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, Defence, Telecom etc.
