EMTECH organizes knowledge sharing event in MSIT,New Delhi
The morning of Wednesday, April 30,2014 witnessed an event “Emerging Opportunities For Electrical & Electronics Engineers In India” organised by EMTECH FOUNDATION, in association with IEEE-PES CHAPTER and MSIT. The inauguration ceremony started at 9:30 am with lamp lighting by Mr. Naveen Kapur, Director of MSIT college and Chief guest of event Mr.Pradeep Doshi accompanied by Mr.Naveen Kumar,CEO of EMTECH,FOUNDATION.
Event started with industry speaker, Mr. Pradeep Doshi, Head & Senior Vice President, Electronics Sector Skills Council of India, who shared his views on “Growth potential of electronics industry in India.”
Another speaker was Mr. Bhanu Prakash , Field Applications Manager in Microchip Technologies Inc. He threw light on “Emerging Trends in Embedded System World”.
Another eminent personality Mr. Narang N Kishore, spoke on “Design in India for the World.
Dr. Sukumar Mishra, a professor in department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi threw light on importance of electronics and how innovation in the field can strengthen backbone of our country.
With these in mind the words of knowledge was imparted to students with a panel discussion on “Employability of Electrical and Electronics engineers” where all above speakers were on panel.
The discussion was followed by a vote of thanks to speakers, students and volunteers who made this event a successful one. The nutshell of the event was electronics and electrical engineers should develop high skills and also determined attitude towards the design work. The event had an awakening effect on all students who aspire to explore a new dimension in the field of technology.
